On November 1, 2009, the Enactment of the Governing Board of the National Bank of the republic of Kazakhstan as of August 24, 2009 № 76 “On effecting amendments and additions to the enactment of the Governing Board of the National Bank as of December 11, 2006 №129 “On approval of the Rules of exchange operations’ realization in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the RK on October 16, 2009 under №5823 (further as Enactment №76) and Enactment of the Governing Board of the National Bank as of August 24, 2009 №77 “On effecting amendments and additions to the enactment of the Governing Board of the National Bank as of August 17, 2006 №86 “On approval of the Rules of the export-import exchange controls in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the RK on October 16, 2009 under №5824 (further as Enactment № 77).

After introduction under effect of the Enactment № 77, authorized banks will realize the control over execution of the requirement of repatriation under the contracts over the equivalent to fifty thousand dollars of the USA, accordingly, the deal passports will be subjected to the revealing of the contracts, which equivalent is more than fifty thousand dollars of the USA.
