The Law of RK “On Republican budget for 2010-2012” as of January 1, 2010 foresees:

• minimum earnings – 14 952 tenge;
• state standard pension payment – 5 981 tenge;
• minimal pension payment – 12 344 tenge;
• minimum calculation index – 1 413 tenge;
• amount of minimum living wage for the calculation of standard social payments – 14 952 tenge.

The government enacted that the amount of the state social and pension payments are increased.
Astana. December 31. Kazakhstan today - The amounts of the state social and pension payments were increased in Kazakhstan, says an agency with the reference to the enactment of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of December 25, 2009 №2185 “On increasing the amount of pension payments from the State center of pension’s payments since January 1, 2010”, issued in official medias.

“According to the article 24 of law of the RK as of April 25, 2003 “On obligatory social insurance”, the government of the RK enacted to execute an increasing of social payments up to 9% from the State fund of social insuarance in cases of loss of employability and loss of family’s earner. This enactment is effective for those, who gets social payment on January 1, 2010”, - pointed in the enactment.  

Moreover, according to the enactment “On increasing of pension payment from the State center of pension’s payments from January 1, 2010”, since January 1st an increasing by 25% from the amount of pension payments from the State center of pension’s payments, appointed until January 1, 2010 was executed to all the pension receivers, including military men for the length of services, employees of agencies of Internal affairs and the Committee of correctional system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, bodies of financial police and state fire department, which were awarded with special grades and are covered with an order, approved by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the employees of the bodies of internal affairs.
