Additions and amendments were introduced to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of July 26, 2006 № 273 “Concerning approval of the Rules for conducting an evaluation of candidates for auditor” in accordance to which, an evaluation will be conducted not less than twice a year, and qualification certificate “auditor” will be issued by the particular Commission that conducts an evaluation of candidate.

Moreover, there is no need to submit medical certificates, issued by narcological dispensary or by out-patient psychiatric facility, and also certificate of no criminal record. In addition, candidates for auditor, having certificate of professional accountant, issued by accredited organization on professional certification of accountants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, must pass the following exams to Qualification commission of the Chamber of auditors: “Audit”, “Banking business, insurance and pension legislation” and “Financial management”.
