The rules for provision by reporting entities of data and information about transactions, subject to financial monitoring in accordance with cl. 2 art. 10 of the Rule of RK as of August 28, 2009 “Concerning the Counteraction of the Legitimization {Laundering} of the Proceeds of Crime and the Financing of Terrorism” were approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Reporting entities memorialize and provide the Committee with the data within the transactions, subject to financial monitoring. The objects of financial monitoring are: banks, organizations, carrying out separate types of bank transactions, share markets, insurance organizations, insurance brokers, pension savings funds, professional participants of the securities markets and other entities of financial monitoring, and also legal entities, carrying out an organization of swaps in foreign currency.

The following transactions are subject to financial monitoring:

5	Withdrawal or deposit of client’s money as a one time transactions, so and transactions, executed within 7 following calendar days	7 000 000 tenge
6	Withdrawal or deposit of client’s money, carried out by physical or legal entity, having a corresponded registration, place of the domicile or location at offshore zone, and equally having a bank account, registered in offshore zone, or transfer of money by the client in favor of the mentioned category of people as a one time transactions, so and transactions, executed within 7 following calendar days	2 000 000 tenge
7	Transfer of money abroad on bank accounts (to deposits), opened on anonymous owner, addition of money from abroad from the bank account (deposit), opened on anonymous owner as a one time transactions, so and transactions, executed within 7 following calendar days	2 000 000 tenge
8	Opening of savings bank account (deposit) in favor of the third party and (or) addition of money to such accounts as a one time transactions, so and transactions, executed within 7 following calendar days	7 000 000 tenge
9	Payment and transfer of money, made by client in favor of other person on a non-repayable basis	2 000 000 tenge
10	Purchase (sale), import to the Republic of Kazakhstan, or export from the Republic of Kazakhstan of items of cultural value	7 000 000 tenge
11	Transactions, made by legal entities, whose registration was made less than 3 months ago	7 000 000 tenge
12	import to the Republic of Kazakhstan, or export from the Republic of Kazakhstan of currency in cash, except for import or export, made by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, banks and National post organization	7 000 000 tenge
13	Realization of insurance payment and receipt of insurance bonus	7 000 000 tenge
14	Contribution, transfer of voluntary pension contributions to pension saving funds, and also pension payments from pension saving funds for the account of voluntary pension contributions	7 000 000 tenge
15	Receipt or provision of property within the financial lease agreement	7 000 000 tenge
16	Services deals, including agreements for work and labor, transportation, transport expedition, storage, commission agency, trust management agreements	7 000 000 tenge
17	Purchase-sale or other transactions with the metal of value, precious stones and their products	7 000 000 tenge
18	Agreements with fixed and other property, subject to obligatory state registration	45 000 000 tenge
